Contact list status segment conditions

 

With T2Connect, you can search and use a contact’s list status with the segment builder. For example, you can easily search for all active or not active contacts on a list or multiple lists. This article defines the available conditions and potential use cases for the contact’s list status category.

“In list” and “Not in list” have been renamed to “Subscribed to list (active)” and “Not subscribed to list (not active).” These conditions, with a few others, have moved underneath “Contact List Status” conditions 

Contact List Status

These are contact fields related to a contact’s list status.

Is subscribed to list (active)	Contacts that are actively subscribed to the selected list(s) and are able to receive automation and campaign email content. List subscriptions do not apply to 1:1 emails through CRM.	Every list, At least one list, All of, At least one of

Use Cases

Below are the Contact List Status conditions and possible use cases to help determine what condition will work best for your query.

Is subscribed to list (active)	How many active contacts meet this criteria for a possible segment How many active contacts do I have to manage my contact limit How many active contacts do I have to send out a quick email Is there at least one active contact that meets my criteria in any list
Is not subscribed to list (not active)	How many contacts do I have that are not active? Has never been added to list	Which contacts are not associated with any list? Which contacts are not getting added to lists automatically?
